Change of Trustee
A Florida trust with a bank as a trustee wishes to have the bank removed (individual has that power) and wants the trust administered by an Ohio company (accounting firm). There is both a revocable and irrevocable trust involved. Can an Ohio company becom a trustee and still keep it a Florida Trust?
