Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

I changed my home address within the State of Florida. I placed a single line through the old address on my Last Will, initialed it and wrote in my new address. Is that make the Will invalid?

To make effective changes to a will, you can attach a codicil to the will, which should be made and executed with the same formalities as a valid will under Florida law. See Florida Statutes 732 and http://floridawillmaker.com/2010/06/23/how-to-change-or-revoke-a-will/. In the future, you can just note the county and state in which you are a resident in your will.
