Changing the Executor of a will

My Aunt in Springhill FL wants to change her current executor to me. I live in Tallahassee, do you know if it I am required to go with her when she makes the change?

you are not required to be there. she can do it all by herself and that is almost always how it is done. It is very unusual for the proposed personal representative to be present for the will signing (unless it is a spouse).
