Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
changing a will after it has been notarized
is it possible to change an obvious typing error in a will after it has been notarized if the maker of the will indicates he is aware of the error and initials it?

Yes, a codicil must be prepared and executed as if a new will. Contact me should you need representation.
