i would like to know if a new will stands if it was cohersed. my grandfather was recently removed from a assisted living.and now the will has changed completely to be in favor of the person who removed him. i have his original will which leaves his estate equelly amoung his 3 children. my grandfather has just died. what do i need to do to prove he was cohersed into changing his will to suit the one party?

Re: chaning a will by cohersion

There may be grounds to challenge a will drawn in the 11th hour leaving all assets to one person who was then in control of the decedent. However, the Florida Probate Code allows only a limited time for someone to contest a will that has already been filed with the court. You should consult with an attorney as soon as possible.
