Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

cheated out of china by husband

My mother-in-law passed away in dec. She wanted me to have her wedding china. My husband told me it wasn't in her will and it was just heresay. I found out that it was left to me in her will. My brother in law is keeping it safe for me. I knew she wantesd me to have this. It is worth over $5000.00 . I am really upset about this. I loved my mother in law very much. We were close and she wanted me to have something special from her. He basicaly told his brother that he didn't want me to have it. Is there any thing I can do legally to get what is supposed to me mine? I need to find out how to get a copy of the will so I can expose him for what he did. I am just beside myself. I would never believe some one would stoop so low.

If the will was probated you can go to the court house to read it.
