No children,not married,one brother,three neices by that brother,gay boyfriend. Who legally inherits from my Uncle?

Without a Will, and assuming no predeceased sibling, other nieces and nephews or other blood family, and he lives in Florida, then it would be the brother. If the brother predeceases the Uncle, then the 3 nieces.
