Does our claim against a Notice to Creditors go to the Counsel or the Clerk of Courts?

As it says in the Notice to Creditors, it goes to the Court (Clerk of the Court).

The notice tells you where it goes (the clerk) and you should serve a copy on debtors counsel. Do not file a claim without a lawyer so you don't do it wrong.
