Claims against an Estate - What is Valid?
What is the criteria used by the court to determine if a claim made against an estate is valid? What constitutes a valid claim? (The estate is in probate.)

The claim is valid if the estate owes you the money. Hope this helps. For more information on legal procedure, visit http://www.jurisdictionary.com
