codicil added to a living trust
Can one override in the State of Florida
the provisions of the revocable trust
itself concerning the trust estate
distribution?
If this is not the case what legal action
should be taken?

No. The grantor has to do an amendment before he/she passes, and the amendment has to be executed the same as the trust.
