Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

What Is Considered A Valuable in An Estate

I have been asked by my sibling's atty to list ''any and all valuables'' in conjunction with late mother's estate. She either sold or gave away anything of any value to her. The remainder was either left in her mobile home for a possible rental until sold, a few things to me that I wanted, and the rest went with her to my dtr's which she gave to her. What do I list and how?

Re: What Is Considered A Valuable in An Estate

Go ahead and list everything that your mother owned at her death. Be specific for things like jewelry, stocks, insurance policies, vehicles, real estate, and any other valuable asset such as collectibles. You can just make general entries for things like "furniture," "clothing," "dishes..."

Best wishes.
