A Will is not always filed at court because if the decedent may not have any property or all property has joint owners or beneficiaries. That being said, if your grandfather had something to probate, the Will would be filed at the Courthouse in the county where he last resided. Get in touch with that courthouse in the probate division and request a copy. Again it may or may not be filed depending on his case.
