Contesting a will in Florida

Can I contest a will myself in Florida and how do I do go about doing it?

No. You need to hire a lawyer. You cannot represent yourself in an adversary probate proceeding unless you are a Florida attorney.

Although Florida law allows some people to represent themselves in probate proceedings under very limited circumstances, if you're 'contesting a will' it would considered to be an adversary proceeding and you must go through a lawyer.
