Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Co-owning a house

My husband is co-owner of his mom's house with his brother since she passed away. His brother is living in the house and we live out of state. He is always late on making the mortgage payment and doesn't take care of the place. Is there any way we can get him out? We're afraid he will let the house forclose or destroy it so it cannot be sold without major damage repair.
