It depends on several factors. I charge $200 for a simple Will, and $300 for a Husband and Wife Will. However, with modifications, it typically runs from up to $250 for a single, and $350 for married. If there are minor children, then that would be additional.

DPOA typically run $150, and $250 for H&W.
