Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

As a couple in our 80's, is there any form of trust that would prevent our asstes from being depleted should either of us require permanent (long term) care; i.e. nursing home?

I hope you have check with an elder law attorney. There are ways to protect your assets and still be able to draw off medicaid/medicare for your care.
