Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

My cousin passed in Apri of this year and while she were in the hospital, she gave the keys to her vehicle to keep. Her son asked can her have her vehicle so, I gave it to him. How do he go about transferring everything in his name?

Contact DMV. A death certificate may suffice. If not, the estate may have to go to probate.
