can creditors take my moms house?
mom died and all was to sold and split between us kids. she had medicare and medicaid but some medical bills didnt get paid . her home valued at 100,000. were going through probate. i need to know if these few creditors can take my moms house?

Not without a judgment against the estate. If they have filed a claim, the probate court will see they are paid.
