Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

My dad passed away a year ago. I'm 17 recieving Social Security for being a survivor. My dads mom(my grandma) was the only beneficiary on his will. His wife won't let me have any of his things, because she wants nothing to do with his family. What can i do to get his things that are in her posession? He had brain cancer so,he kinda started going after a certain time. She says my grandma stole her money, because it belonged to her. It never did because she wasn't a benificiary. In conclusion,i just want a piece of my dad to hold on to,he had my baby videos. I want that back...

The Personal Representative of a probate estate can marshal the assets and collect them. You would need to file a probate and get someone of legal age appointed he can deal with the wife about collecting his assets. that said, a surviving spouse would be entitled to an elective share under the Estate even if the will tried to eliminate her. You need to seek legal advice.
