My dad past away on Febuary 21st. His landlord will not give me access to his home. What do I need to do?

You do need to be appointed to act on behalf of your father or his Estate now that he is deceased. Mr. Slater would be a good attorney to consult with on this matter if you are close to him. You may also want to consider writing a letter to the landlord explaining the circumstances and how you need to get his papers etc. from the home AND I assume once the landlord does not get rent he will want his stuff out. You can certainly let him know you are prepared to help him get that done too. Sorry for your loss. Best of Luck.
