Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

My dad past when I was a minor (17) in 1995. the private property he owned is still named in his estate. He and my mom were seperated, but still married. I have paid her half the land taxes since I turned of age. There was no will. My mom has since remarried (june will be her 2 yr. anniv.) What are my rights and what should I be entitled to?

You need a lawyer to figure out all the correct details, and then a Petition and Order of Summary Administration is needed. The property needs to be court ordered into the correct ownership. What and how that ownership is, is impossible to be determined from the information you presented.
