Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
our dad recently passed away and our sister lives in Florida and she has told us there was nothing left and there was no will. what should we do?

if no assets, nothing to do. if you think there are assets, you can file a probate on your own and go try and find them. it is an expensive process just to try and locate something that you don't know exists. your question makes it sounds like you believe there were assets and your sister may have done something with them? suggest you speak to an attorney with your specifics.
