Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

I currently have my daughter as sole beneficiary of my will/estate. I've had a falling out with her and not going to her wedding. She slanders me to everyone. I'm to the point, I don't want anything to do with her. Can I disown her from my will?

You do not have to provide for her in the will, but it is usually best to mention her and describe briefly why she is not provided for. I would suggest you hire an attorney to make sure it is all done property. I would also suggest you may want to take a deep breath and reflect before you codify this.
