Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

To this day the PR and their attorney have not shown the sale of property to the beneficiaries, which was sold in probate without them notifying the court, so you see, it Is not entered into the dockets, its a big hush hush Can you give a deposition on that sale and enhance your right on a sale of property you've never seen but are being told it is sold? Does it have a statue of limitation if you've never seen the contract yet? PS. We might call, Thanks A Million. CC

Get an attorney and stop writing piecemeal questions without the complete facts. You may have legitimate conerns and they are wasting away without you taking appropriate action. No answer can be given on your questions without seeing whatever paperwork exists.
