Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
My "deadbeat" father passed away in JUly 2013. the case, which does not include me is still in Probate. How do I claim some of his estate I am entitled to. No spouse, just other children involved

You have no direct right to anything if you are written out of the will. Best to follow Mr. Slater's advice. Hire an attorney to explore your rights.
