Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

I have been dealing with the death of my cousin for over 14 months. I have a lawyer, but I have not been getting answer to my questions. The probate is supposely done and the trust is supposely in my hands. I do not know how much to charge for my hours of work I have done or how much to charge for the miles I have done. My lawyer is not answering me. Please help.

The Court will likely limit your charges as personal representative to $35-50/hour. Your mileage should be paid for all probate related matters. Prepare your list of time and present it to your attorney requesting that he prepare a motion to approve your expenses and reimbursements.
