Death! Who is responable for debts
You have a divorced father of 2 full grown girls who lives in FLorida, had a stroke a few years ago and has not be right sence. Now he is wanting to take out a lien on his land for 50,000 dollars to build a new house. My question is this will the children be responceable for the fathers debts in the event of death..thanks..--name removed--
