Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
Decesed Dad - Brother not informing Brother
My father passed away. He had a Revocable Trust with all of his assessts as part of the trust. He named my brother the sole succuessor Trustee with both of us as 50/50 beneficiaries. My brother was made executor of my dad's will, that basically says pay my debts, see my trust. My question - do I have a legal right to know all what my dad left behind? If he left my brother as beneficiary to all of the life insurance policies, when was the policy signed and for hwo much - can I find out this type of information? How do I know he claimed all of the policies? Do I need an attorney?

Re: Decesed Dad - Brother not informing Brother
I would ask for all of your requests from your brother but I would suggest you retain myself or another attorney to keep it on a professional basis with your brother. If there is nothing to hide then it will cost you some legal fees and all will be square with your brother and you can thank him for
for his work on distributing this estate. If you would like me to represent you call me at my ofice or send me an e-mail as to how I can reach you.
