Decessed accounts
What happens to dept due to credit card companies if the card holder dies and has no next of kin and is from another country. Also, his auto loan and bank account.

His estate will have to be probated here in Florida if he was a resident of Florida. If he left a will, his possessions will pass accordingly. If not, they will pass according to state statute. His creditors will have to put a claim on the estate.
