Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Deed to house is in my name and my husband name that just passed away. He owes back child support. Can they take the house? Not sure how it works since my name is on it we live in Florida child support is due in indiana

If titled as survivorship or entireties you own the property by operation of law at the time of his death. If tenants in common, there are other factors to consider. Seek some legal guidance with your paperwork especially the deed. sorry for your loss
