When my mother died 4 1/2years ago my sister took over as my sickly fathers legal guardian.Two years ago my sister was able to get my 80 year old father a VA morgage for a house.She refinanced the loan at a lower percent and had papers prepared for a quick claim deed in Dec.for the house to go in her name before my father passed away.Can she do that without my knowledge?

Yes, however, as her guardian she cannot have exerted undue influence or taken advantage of a mental condition. You certainly have the right to investigate these issues and ask the court to look into the matter if you have proof of a breach of fiduciary duty.
