deed not stating how title conveyed

mom died feb 2006, we had a quit claim deed prepared - probono, deed was put in mom's name, daughter name (me) as married woman, my daughter as married woman. deed in the three of us. how title was conveyed was not put on quit claim deed and the deed was filed 2 days prior to her passing. cna we get a corrective deed showing right of suvervivorship. do we need to probate her 3rd of the property. property is in hillsborough county, assessed value of house is about 73,000 there are no other assets to probate and there is no will.

I think you go to probate court on this one. The only good news is that you can use Summary Administration.
