Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
What do you do if someone dies and has no assets or will. They do have credit card debt which the creditor's keep calling and harrassing.
The deceased was on a deed to a home with 3 other people with the right of surviorship.

Ignore the creditors. You do not have to talk to them or respond to them. If you wish, you could send them a photocopy of the death certificate with a note that there are no assets and there is no probate.
