what is the difference between a revocable deed of trust and last will and testament /

They have nothing to do with each other. a revocable deed of trust may accomplish what a will tries to accomplish but that is where the similarity ends. a last will disposes of assets owned by decedent at death. the revocable deed of trust transfers property into a trust of some sort. seek some legal guidance
