Dishonest sister as pr

Dad died in Oct of 2001. Four days after he died, sister said she had papers saying he left everything to her. Also said he cashed in his life insurance long ago. There are 5 of us and she has shown nobody any proof of anything. She did not file will with court. I know there is a will that lists all of us but cant get an original copy. Also a checking acct. that her name was on too but dont know how it was set up. She is the personal rep but feel she has deceived us all. What can I do? I dont have much money to persue this. He also had dementia and is why she was writing checks for him. Thank You

If there is a valid will, it must be filed with the probate court. As an "interested person," you can ask the court to order your sister to file an inventory to see what's going on with the assets.
