What document does a PR need to have to sell a large asset out of an estate? What is the document that a Judge has to sign?

The will must go to probate and the named PR must be appointed by Court order. He will then obtain Letters of Administration and have authority to dispose of assets.

An order authorizing the sale unless the will allows for that type of action and then letters of administration would be sufficient.
