Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

My elderly mother allowed her friend to move into her home over a year ago. There's no lease nor does she help with utilities. Mine & my sister's concern is when she passes on, how do we have her removed from the home? We are not on good terms with the friend.

Speak with your mother. Does she have a will? Where is it? Who are the beneficiaries? She may have given the home to her friend.
