If it was a legal contract-it can be enforced.

If you both signed the document it is enforceable. the phrasing of your question is a little difficult to understand. It says you kept your end "in signing" and "the other party changes his mind"? does this mean you signed and he did not? Does it mean you both did and he is not living up to the terms? You need to seek some legal advise with whatever documents you do have.

The best thing to do is to meet with an attorney and have him/her review the document along with the facts of the case. You may be able to enforce the contract.
