am I entitled to my father's inheritance?
My father recently passed away with no will. Severaly years ago, he inherited money and property from this father. Is his widow entitled to any part of the inheritance my father received from his father?

An inheritance is separate property. In the absence of a will, it would go to the decedent's children.
As usual, it is never as simple as that, but that is the general legal principla.

An estate will have to be filed. If the money was comingled in a joint account, it is already the property of the widow. Under Florida laws of intestacy, the widow generally inherits the estate of the spouse.
