I'm a 75 year old resident of FL appointed executor of my son's estate in GA. When are my duties considered completed and how to proceed with completion?

This is really a question of Georgia law, but generally, your duties are to gather the assets, pay the estate creditors and then disburse the remaioning to the beneficiaries under the will or as required by law.
