Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

My friend has been living with her boyfriend for over 2 yrs and he own the house but he died in a accident and no Will can be found. Can the family of her boyfriend force her out of the house? What is her legal rights? Also, can they take the furniture/car from the house?

She has no legal rights, and unless she has written proof that the furniture and car are hers, they can take them.

She is out of luck. Not being married, she is entitled to her property and to property owned jointly with right of survivorship.

If she helped pay the mortgage, she may have a claim for an equitable lien. If thge furniture is hers then she can take that.

If the house is all his, as is the furniture, and she was just a "shack up hone" to use Dr. Laura's phrase, then she is out of luck and has no rights.
