Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
Willing of estate to a minor
my daughter's great grandfather has
apparently willed his estate to her.
my daughter's grandmother (my ex's
mother) wants me to sign
guardianship papers so that'' my
daughter doesn't lose her
inheiritance. Is this ''threat'' legal or
hogwash?
