does the exectutuor of an estate in
fl have to live in same state?

In Florida, the personal representative of the estate does not have to reside in Florida if he is related to the decedant. If he is not related, then he does have to reside in the state of Florida.

No -- although the court sometimes requires a bond for someone out of state.
