Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Before my dad died, he had my name aded to every thing he owned. Dad died in Dec.2008 The house is still forsale, and cd's still in the bank.my sister is now pushing me for her half of the cd's.I told her no ,not until the house sells. Am I correct?

Have you probated the estate? Was there a will that named you executor? Without the answer to these questions, it is hard to answer yours.

If you were "on everything" as a joint owner with right of survivorship, then you are now the 100% owner.
