executor
does executor have to come to state where will is written and residence of deceased. is it better to have an executor that lives in same state. thank you.

No. It might be better if the executor (personal representative in Florida) lived where the will is being probated, but living out of state or miles away but within the same state would be the same. Usually he/she never has to appear in court anyway.
