Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Executors responsiblities to beneficiaries

My mother recently passed away, she has appointed a third party executor of her estate. What are the executors responsibilities to the beneficiaries? What are the benificiaries rights? Do I need legal counsel to make sure the will is adhered to?

If you do not trust the personal representative

to follow the dictates of the will, retain counsel. You will sleep better.
