Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

I am the executrix of my fathers will, as well as his durable power of attorney for healthcare. The papers I have state assets must be divided between myself, and my two brothers.

I found out this week that my father has married a a woman he hardly knows, and did not tell anyone. I am not sure if the will has changed or if I am still the executrix. Can I contact the attorney that drew up the documents to find out or is that client/attorney priveldeged information.

You can contact the attorney but if the information has changed he likely cannot advise you. why not ask your father?
