my family made me sign a promissory note for monies left to me in a will 5 yrs ago but now won't make any contact or pay me back, what can I do?

If they owe money, sue them.

if you inherited money from a will then it was your money. I can't understand why you would have had to sign a promissory note unless you loaned someone money. If you want to talk to me about this e-mail me your phone number so I can call you.
