Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

A family member recently died and had a revocable trust. My husband is supposed to take care of everything, but is unsure of how to proceed. The lawyer who put together the trust has implied that we can do this on our own. Help!!

This requires an in house consultation to go over and review. It is not possible to go over it properly in a simple answer here.

Call my office for an appointment. I will be glad to review the document with you and set you up for what needs to be done. Please note that if this was a Revocable Trust that upon the death of the grantors the trust becomes IRREVOCABLE meaning the assets are now froze in stone and must be devised according to the trust.
