Fasle Will

My wifes younger sister received POA for thier mother in January 2007, and the will that was leaving all three daughters equall shares was changed in May 2007 leaving the younger sister that had POA everything and the other two sisters disinherited. The mother suffered from front lobal demintia. Does this look right to you?

No, sounds strange. I take it that the sisters don't get along. Your task will be to prove that when mom executed the will that she was not competent. That is very difficult. If she is still alive, a visit is in order and perhaps was in order some time ago.
